watched the steeplechase the other night christ that events wierd, i bet it's like trying to jump over a hedge pissed after 7 laps lol,
anyway just watched it and some bird misjudged the jump and fell flat on he arse, needless to say i laughed my head off
if asafa powell can keep his arse fit i think he'll breeze the 100, although that Gay fellow will have something to say about it...

yeh im looking forward to the 100 metres final! thats always the best event.. gay has been in great form this year and asafa powell is lethal aswel!

that asafa powell is a sicknote though can't keep from being injured, i feel sorry for him despite having the world record hasn't won the big one. but yeah he's lethal.
