TENNIS star Andy Murray has hurt his back after a car accident but will play on in the Paris Masters.
He was involved in the crash on his way to the Masters Series tournament in the French capital.
He said: "It happened last night, on the way from the airport to the hotel."
"There was the driver, me and (coach) Brad (Gilbert). There was a lot of traffic. The driver did nothing wrong.
"He just broke and somebody, driving at around 20 km/h, bumped into the back of the car.
"I'd never been in a car crash before. There was a pretty loud bang. My back's a bit stiff but it's nothing serious."
Murray and his brother Jamie lost today in the first round of the doubles to Australian Jordan Kerr and Brazilian Andre Sa.
Murray, seeded 15th in Paris, won the St Petersburg Open at the weekend and is one of several players fighting for the last two remaining spots at the November 11-18 Masters Cup in Shanghai featuring the world's top eight.
