There seems to be a few queries new members have when they join up at the forum, so I thought it was best to summarise these questions and answers.
How do I add a signature to my posts?
This is the most popular request. Plenty of people want a picture in their signature, which accompanies every post they make. To do this, click on "Profile" in the navigation menu at the top of the page, then on the following page click on the "Modify Profile" link which will take you to a page for all your personal preferences. If you scroll down you will find a "Signature" section, simply enter your desired text and image in here.
You need to find the URL for your desired image or you can upload it yourself. You can upload a picture you have saved on your computer on a site like ImageShack.
Once you have added in your desired image/text, click on "Modify Profile" at the bottom of the page to save the changes.
For example:
Would look like this in your sig:
"When Teddy scored, I thought, yes! I'm going to play 40 minutes of a Champions League Final. That's going to be unbelievable."
How do I add an avatar to my posts?
Similar to a signature, your avatar is a small image displayed under your username to the left of your posts. To edit this follow the above steps to access your modify profile page. This time scroll down to the "avatar" section, here you will see a drop down menu with a set of default avatars. You can either pick one of these or add your own URL. Simply insert your URL in to the "Avatar URL" field and click "modify profile" to save the changes.

How do I modify the look of the text?
To jazz up your posts, you can make your text coloured, bold, italic, glow, or have shadow. To do this, simply use the buttons above the text box when you post. Highlight the text you want to change, then click on the appropriate button.
For example:
Highlighting the text and then clicking
will make your text bold.
Highlighting the text and then clicking
will make your text bigger
Highlighting the text and then clicking
will centre your text.
I can't log in to my account
If your browser is remembering your password it may be old or incorrect, clear your cookies and try again. If this still fails then click on the "Forgot your password" link on the login page, enter your email address and your password will be sent to you.
