Great fucking result ! GOODBYE TO ARSENAL'S SEASON Gotta thank Edwin Van Der Sar for some great saves...gotta admit at one point i though every single one of our defenders wanted to score an own goal.. Hargreaves freekick was superb ! And Fuckin Adebayor.. that was a damn handball ! IM HAPPY SO BRING ON BLACKBURN !!!

They nearly gave me a heart attack, all this talk about Arsenal being tired and it was us that looked dead on our feet. We pushed our luck at times, but we always looked likelly to create chances. Make no mistake this was a big, big win today and Hargreaves should be given the freedom of Mancunia for that free kick. Scholes in my opinion was very poor today, the game seemed to pass him by, the introduction of Anderson and Tevez turned the game for us. They had the urgency and aggression that was missing from the pedestrian showing of Scholes and Carrick... Hats off the Ronaldo for handling the pressure of scoring our most important penalty of the season, twice. oh, has anyone realised that as of today Liverpool cannot mathematically win the league this season... if we beat Blackburn next week, they should start etching our name on the trophy again.

Really poor performance by the lads in the first half....cheaply losing possession, panicking at the back because of Arsenal's pressure, and not making the midfield muscle dominate as much as I would have wanted. Ronaldo was unknown most of the game with Arsenal using fast defenders to close him down before he had the chance of making anything worthwhile... Second half, was stunned on Arsenal scoring, yet few minutes later Arsenal pressed their beloved self-destruct button and got us a penalty which Ronaldo scored on both attempts and then the killer blow with Hargreaves' peach of a freekick. ;D Pique did okay, but Rio and Wes looked really unsure at times and thanks to VDS that he was up to the task. But I'm happy, and as Sir Alex said, we are 2 wins away from retaining the crown.

We looked unsettled in the first half - Park and Carrick were both fairly poor. Park seemed to forget the first rule of football: pass the ball to players who are wearing the same colour shirt as yourself. SAF must have given a great half time talk, because the boys seemed more confident when they came back out. Rio: almost an own goal - otherwise a defending monster. Hargreaves: Evra was excellent. Wes ranged from awful to magnificent. Is he schizo or something?? ;D Arsenal defense gave Cristiano a bit of a hard time, but his not-one-but-two lovely PKs rubbed their noses in it. "How many would you like me to hit, Mr. Webb, because I can keep doing this all night?" Now let's put this season's preoccupation with Arsenal behind us and concentrate on the real threat: Chelsea. Owen's free kick: s291.photobucket.com/albums/ll315/reddevilworshipper/?action=view¤t=ManchesterUnited-ArsenalHargreavesG.flv

My heart was in my mouth for the entire 90 minutes I think! I was so relieved when the final whistle went. Scholes was very poor and it was only a matter of time until Anderson came on in his place. He just keeps getting better and better that boy. Hargreaves was briliant again and Van der Sar made some brilliant saves, especially from Rio!

Loved Rio reaction to the Hargreaves goal. Anderson made a huge difference when he got on. Once again bossed that Arsenal midfield and even got the best of Adebayor.
Great result now lets hope Wigan and Everton can make life a little easier for us!
