Absolutely massive massive result. I am so proud of the lads it was an amazing day, and we showed amazing determination and skill. Could not have asked for more.

Hleb was scary today. Bollocks performance. Edwin saved us. Ferdinand was also quality in my eyes. Things you see live at the game that you don't see on TV. Great captain, but we could do with Nev back. Brown's great, but Nev's different class and our best captain. He's the heart of the team in terms of how passion goes. Vidic too, Pique looked shakey, but I'm not blaming him much, it's only his 4th of 5th start this season.

Massive result, we didn't deserve it by a mile and i think we'd all be slating them if it'd gone the other way, but it didn't. We had results like Anfield and Goodison last season which went our way and we've needed less of those this season, but this was definitely 'one of them'!
The lads looked nakkered today, if you think we could have up to 7 games left in 28 days from now (possibly the CL final) but 6 of them are within the next month, and we don't even have a game for the next 7 days, they have one hell of a busy time coming up. Fergie usually says they don't train much this time of year anyway, so hopefully they have a good break and Vidic & Nani are back afterwards.

You need a bit of luck if you are going to win the league, and I think the football gods helped us out today! LOL.

massive result for us...didn't play well but we got the 3 points we needed. spectacular freekick from owen hargreaves, it was a thing of beauty. rio ferdinand and edwin van der sar kept us in the game IMO cos brown and pique looked pretty shaky at times. ronaldo did well to keep his cool for the 2nd penalty. what else can i say...its a mark of champions that we manage to grind out a win when we're not playing well. very proud of the boys and VERY HAPPY.

I read on another board that Adebayor's new nickname is The Mormon - for his obscene number of misses. Get it?

Fucking hell, I'm extremely glad we've gotten three points. Tevez and Anderson really made a difference when they came on, great from Hargreaves too. Well done to Ronnie too, not easy scoring two penalties in a row.. Highlight of the game for me: Anderson doing the Samba in front of Lehman !

RESULT! Van Der Sar was easily man of the match, arse played to the best of their ability because they knew this was their last chance to stay in the title race. United did look nervous at times , but our strength of character and resolve shone through. United were not at their best today, but still won against a good footballing team who were playing for their lives. Just think what could happen if our lads all click at the same time!

Well that was one hell of a roller-coaster ride!
How good was that free kick?! Love this quote from Hargreaves (from manutd.com):
“We had an earlier free-kick and I said ‘I’ll take that’, but Ronny said ‘it’s too far for you’.
“The second one was a bit closer and it was a good distance for me so I didn’t ask him!
So glad he did!
And what about this from Wenger (sporting life):
Wenger said: "Those two decisions made it difficult for us but overall we have to take it.
"With the penalty you can give it or not give it. As for the free-kick I do not think Gilberto touched Evra."
When will he learn to take defeat graciously? THE ARSENAL "GOAL" WAS "SCORED" WITH A HAND YOU FUCKWIT!!!

When the Arse wall lined up for that free-kick, I was praying to God that Ronaldo lets Hargreaves take it. My prayer was answered! Literally ripped my shirt off when that went in.
Bad first half; bar Rooney, the team never got going until Adebayor (cunt) decided to play volleyball for a second. Quite lucky to get the PK so soon after, but from then on it was only a matter of time. Won't dwell on the individual performances; I just fucking LOVE beating the Arsenal.
Number 17 edges ever closer ...
