Looks bloody awesome!
I just hope that if (probably not too soon) we do expand, the seats aren't given to corporate train spotters and companies who couldn't give a shit about the game. The seats would need to filled by real reds.

WOW. The pics look great. I grew up watch UTD play in OT when it were 47 odd thousand but it looked amazing because it was all level. I'd love to see it at 100k like that mock picture.

I reckon that an increase to 86,000 is likely over the next 3 years. I wouldn't worry too much about the grass not growing; it's not as though we are new to these issues. Just don't get the Moscow groundsmen involved!

Yep, but I have a feeling that we will find more and more tourists and anaraks filling the seats if the stadium is increased. Those pics look awesome  I've always been in support of expanding the stadium and it's great how Fergie pursues it like he does, it's not like he's got much to gain out of it, he does it purely for the future of the club. United have more than enough demand to fill a stadium that big and it would contribute massively in the long term. I think it's got to a point where we need the stadium expanded into the 100,000 mark too. I just hope they're exploring the possibility as much as is possible, a lot of work is always going on associated with the stadium and around it, hopefully this is next! ;D |

If they do expand, hopefully they can redesign the roof...I sit near the back of the top tier, and it would be nice to be able to see everyone else in the ground
