Anyone want to join, Legends XI is available as Ben has left the game?

Hi Adam (my closest rival!), I think the current league went pretty well; then again I would! A few possible changes are thus: -

1. Introduce player name changes and/or dirty tricks.
2. Change the league format.
3. Get more RoM members to sign-up; the more teams the better.

I've got teams in other leagues, one of which has a Champs League format; four mini-groups where the top two play in a knock-out phase.

God I wish we had reliable people in the RoM League 1 because it seems like most pick teams then bail. The suggestions Mark made sound great but it would depend on the amount of people available, which right now doesn't seem to be that big.

I'd like the season to start soon because I want to redeem myself ASAP.

Well, to get more options on the league format I'd have to purchase the VIP thing which I am thinking of doing but I don't know if I'd have done it in time for the new season.

How do the Dirty Tricks work exactly?...I'll introduce it if everyone is happy with it.

Player Names can be requested, they can't be changed manually by the individual players if they did everyone would have a first eleven mirroring that of United.

With regard to the player name change, based upon my experience, each individual requests a change which must be approved by the admin. If the name is in use in another team then it is rejected. Therefore, there's only one Ronaldo!

Probably best to forget the use of dirty tricks as it detracts from the football. However, the results could be fun. Take a vote.

Just had my change report; not as good as I had hoped.

We do need some commitment on numbers; there are a core of regulars, but a fair few drop-outs. Perhaps a single division is sufficient? Then again, that would let Jorge back in!!

BTW I've already got the ViP membership if that helps?

Nah it'd only help if I were VIP. Which I'll do in time.

Gonna have a look at my change report now. Better be good, two of my main strikers are 31 though.

I'll take a look into the player name change, which might too be only available with the VIP package because I haven't seen it around.

I've read up on Dirty Tricks and will make a poll now on it.

Altrincham FC
Simhas Elite XI
Legends XI

Those are the three available and of course, once they are done we will accept applications for new teams but we need to fill those before applications can be made.

You can change your clubs name too if you want, post a press release to introduce yourself - it helps and it'll provide your club with 200000 a week if you are frequent with the press releases.

Just look at previous press releases for guidance; with the exception of Adam's as they tend to drag on a bit.

Just introduce yourself and state your aims; such as winning a cup and staying in the top flight etc.

As Adam stated, a press release each week earns you 200 000 econs.

You get bonuses from your sponsor if you're active in the media so it's a good idea to do a press release after every match.

boo the first press release went pretty bad , but I got the money nonetheless.
So when does the league start ? And transfer budget is so meager.
