Republik of Mancunia would like to inform all their members that this forum does not in any way encourage nor condone hooliganism.
In the latter week there has been several discussions taken place on the forum where members have condoned and even encouraged both hooliganism and vandalism (example what happened to Gill's home). This is not the views of the staff of this forum, and we want to make it very clear that we do not in any way condone any kind of criminal behaviour, be it vandalism, threats or violence.
Any attempts by members new or old to encourage violence or vandalism will from now on be treated very seriously and can lead to a suspension or a permanent ban from the forum, we will NOT allow anyone encouraging or attempting to organize criminal behaviour, of any kind. We will however encourage people to deal with their issues in a mature way, friendly demonstrations, or encouraging people to use your pens not your fists.
Hooliganism is a lesser problem in English football than it used to be, however it is still a problem and NOTHING good comes out of using your love for your club as an excuse to have a fight or beat someone up. There is a big difference between defending yourself and encouraging a fight, and the second is inexcusable AND more importantly illegal. On the same line there is a big difference between voicing your concerns and complaints about something and turning to vandalism and destruction of property, and I cannot stress enough that this forum does NOT condone either.
If anyone has any questions about anything I have mentioned please contact a member of staff.
