Good finish by Martin. Haven't been overly impressed with him so far tonight, but he showed strength and composure there.

Are there any referees in South Africa? 'Cause I don't see any.

What a ball there for Rooney from Scholes. All hail the ginger ninja.

Full time 1-0. It was a better performance than against the Chiefs. No one stood out that much, the defence looked pretty solid though. I think they should have worn black armbands or had a minute silence for Wes, seeing as how he played. Fergie said he's flying back tomorrow.

Why will Wes fly back?

Foster and Evans both played well, but most of the other younger guys didn't really show much to be brutally honest.

Lee Martin impressed me today. The victim of a lot of reckless challenges, god knows why the referee didn't tell the Pirates players to calm down. but every time he just got up and carried on playing the game. Nice finish too. Hopefully he has a future at United.
