However, it could be a complete fucking disaster a la Brazil in 1982..... True that. There's reason why Fergie's in charge and not me. ;D Plus, I wasn't even alive in 1982 to watch said Brazil team, so forgive me. and for the record, I'd never play the four of them. Wouldnt work IMO. Team news: Man Utd: Van der Sar, Neville, Ferdinand, Vidic, Evra, Ronaldo, Fletcher, Anderson, Park, Tevez, Berbatov. Subs: Amos, Rooney, Giggs, Nani, Scholes, O'Shea, Evans. Bolton: Jaaskelainen, Steinsson, Cahill, Andrew O'Brien, Samuel, Davies, Nolan, McCann, Muamba, Gardner, Elmander. Subs: Al Habsi, Taylor, Joey O'Brien, Smolarek, Riga, Vaz Te, Shittu. Referee: Rob Styles (Hampshire).

good game not a penalty but imo we would have got a goal anyway, the pen seemed to get us going and we could have had at least 6 today. nice goal from wayne that'll help him, berba worked pretty hard match sharpness coming back and ronaldo as usual at the center of all things good on the pitch. evra imo is just amazing best fullback bar none

Absolutely horrendous penalty decision. The second goal though, was magnificent.
We're going to get a great run going now I think.

shockin penalty decision but ill take it ;D How good was our last 15 or 20 minutes!! best of the season by far, i think scholes and rooney's injection did great things for the team, especially wayne's goal! Tevez worked hard as usual and Berba was pretty unlucky but he'll get his goal soon.... i reckon Evra or Ronaldo for Man of the Match #unitedbanner#

absolute crap decision by the ref for the pen, but we take whatever we can get. the pen seemed to really get us going, along with rooney and scholes' introduction. best football i've seen from us this season came in the last 20 minutes. the commentator was saying this time last season, we were on the same number of points after the same number of games and that's where we really started getting things going...it looks like the same today. hopefully we can put a great run together now, what with players coming back and looking more fit. excellent stuff today, 3 precious points.
and what a MAGNIFICENT goal by rooney.

on another note utd really need to get their seasons started off better, all what ifs but the games against chelsea and scousers come early would av been great had we won, anyway we did that today and hopefully we can pick up now and rack some wins. the second half performance should be played for the team to watch again just to remind them of how good they are, boost their confidence more.

I think we did pretty good today, but we shoud have scored earlier and put 5-6 past Jaskeleinen. We dominated the whole game, had possesion but at times we overcomplicated things. Also we had noone who could put in a decent cross or a corner, which pissed me the most as we had 15 corners but very few posed a threat to their goal. Our defense wasn't really put under pressure today but there were few sloppy mistakes and we are lucky Muamba didn't score!! And what a cracker that was from Rooney, I couldn be more happy for him as i think this will boost his morale and now i expect him to score on regular basis. We looked more sharp when he replaced Tevez and when Berba is fully fit they can be unstoppable. There is also one thing that bothers me and that is the fact that Gary seems to be picked ahead of Brown automatically and i find that to be very unfair towards Wes cause he is better at rb at the moment, Gary isn't young anymore, he is slow in defense and offers very little going forward, he always seems to stop our attack on the right side where Wes was quite good last year.

Rooney #drool#
Bolton never came out of their half in the first half. Rio Ferdinand , was playing a forward and Vidic was in the middle of the park. It wasn't a penalty no one was appealing for it and nice to see Ronaldo not celebrating. Rooney and Scholes changed the game and we were virtually unable at times. Nani was irritating , could have put it on the plate for Berbatov , twice. Saying that , Berbatov looked great after Rooney came on.

yeah, i reckon Wes should be picked before Gary, no disrespects but he's older, slower and today he wasnt crossing very well, he kept hitting the defenders but even when they did make i to the box they were of low quality, but it doesnt matter, we got the 3 points!!!! ;D
