Great performance, the kind we've been waiting for. I knew that the matches following Chelsea would determine whether we were having serious issues or not, and today it seems like things are coming together quite well. Rooney was great today and I hope to see more of that throughout the season because he deserves success if he continues to play as he did today.

fantastic performance. great goal by rooney, he's starting to bang them in now. solid performance by the midfield and defence as well. i missed the first couple minutes of the game but when i turned it on, i didnt realise we were playing at ewood park, that's how loud and overpowering our support sounded. i thought we were at OT.

People are saying "great support" and they wasn't even there. It's always like that. I admit though, I was leaving Ewood and was getting calls from people that watched it on TV saying that could hear us, so maybe I'll let this one slide for now. Rob do you ever change your tone at all? No one likes a cocky little shit like yourself. You'll let this one slide for now? What are you gonna do if it continues? Graffiti every fans house like a grubby scouser?

Don't you know that unless you were born in the Old Trafford dressing room with Sir Matt Busby acting as midwife then you are not a proper fan? Some people...

great pefromance and even better away support yesterday, brilliant... (joke) why has always someone has to find offended by someone? great game considering weather was awful, and great tactial display, berbatov was streching defence, fletcher running in, and great movement by every player world cup quaillifiers this week, hopet noone gets injured

we gave the ball away in some bad areas but the Defense was solid and kept Cruz and Roberts under wraps for most of the match. Overall not a bad showing and Rooney's goal was pure class!

Great performance by the lads, great to see Wazza keep on his scoring run. I notice no one is moaning about Waz playing on the right this time. Dimi looks like he feels at home now, brilliant tracking back leading to our second goal-which was a gem.

Where did i say you have to go to games? you are basically a snob! You think because you go to more games than most that it makes others support and opinions far less worthy than yours (Or at least that's how it comes across). A few people commented on how noisy and great the support was at Ewood and you had to cut them down and belittled their opinion saying "they weren't even their" And "maybe I'll let this one slide for now." Who are you? There's plenty of on here who go to games and have season tickets they don't feel the need to be a dick about it!

supatrice - I have to agree with you on this mate, im stuck in America at the moment so I watched the game on TV and I could hear the support load and clear, I dont see anything wrong with complementing the few thousand supporters on their part in our victory. Robnob is right the away lads are always superb but whats wrong with saying so?
