Thanks folks, I haven't been doing it long, I always start getting into Photoshop then go off It. I'm properly going to stick In now, I kind of find it relaxing, anyway much more to come in the future! Thanks for the comments.

Keep at it, there are some nice elements to it but the effect/filter you've used on the stock makes it look lq so I'd get rid of that and try and integrate the stock into the bg so it's not just stuck on top of it.
Just make loads of tags experimenting with techniques and styles until you feel comfortable with the tools in PS, personally I'd advise against downloading brushes and going OTT on the filters, instead try and use the brushes included in PS and play with their settings to get different looks and effects =)
