he wasnt, but he should be. hes a kid running around with a machete and someone has died. whether he slashed him or not. him and the attacker both should serve life. hypothetical's aren't meaningless. they're there to be discussed. if you dont believe them and want to believe mainstream narratives that's fine. its not baseless tho. we can debate but they're there for discussions. discussions need to be held with people at the moment as too many "cover ups / bending of the truths" are whats helping flame these issues. theres no clarity. So the entire premise of your initial post was wrong. Glad we’re clear on that. I prefer to speak truths, facts, and what is rather than what could be based on baseless assumptions. For a discussion to have meaning it must be grounded in reality. let me get this clear... you would prefer people that have wrote things online to be sentenced more harshly than machete wielding murderers and child rapists ? and for all you know.. the previous theories could well be true. Starmer (when im referring him to being a WEF puppet) has openly said he would choose DAVOS (the wef) over west minster and he opens his parliamentary speech with Britain needs a big reset (the same terminology that Klauss Schwabb uses when referencing the world needs a Great Reset)

JUDGE WHO JAILED MAN FOR COMMENTING ON RIOTS REFUSED TO SEND A CHILD SEX OFFENDER TO PRISON
Judge John Temperley yesterday sentenced Billy Thompson to prison for 12 weeks after he replied "Filthy ba**ards" on a post about the police issuing a dispersal order to try and prevent protests from becoming violent.
2 years ago, he gave Christopher Emmens a non-custodial sentence for possessing 46 illegal images of children.
3 images were classed as Category A – the most serious kind; 11 of Category B; and 32 at Category C.
He told Emmens: “You have displayed remorse and an acceptance of the need for help and you are willing to engage with any non-custodial sentence which the court can impose.”
In contrast when he was sentencing Thompson for his online comment he said: “It may be right that the starting point [sentence] is a community order for this offense, but I am afraid this has to be viewed within the context of the current civil unrest up and down the country.”
So yeh - hate speech laws are a problem because calling police filthy bastards doesn’t warrant being sent to prison

just watching the news now and someone has just got 20 months for Facebook posts. no matter what side of politics you are on this is a worrying precedent. Hate speech as it’s known is subjective to interpretation and can be used by any government to suppress dissent. its the way the likes of Russia, china or North Korea keep the general population in check. The guy who has got 20 months was calling for people to violently attack a specific hotel housing asylum seekers and refugees. The worrying precedent would be allowing people to do this without fear of punishment. Context is everything. Fair enough but this has to apply to the hatred towards Israel and jewish people in general on the pro pally marches.

Carlisle Magistrates’ Court heard that Billy Thompson, 31, posted online in response to Cumbria Police announcing a dispersal order over potential planned disorder on Wednesday.” Hmm… Copybook

Not sure what your point is. He’s rightly been suspended and charged. A couple of Asian lads have been sentenced today too, not to mention several in custody for incidents in Bolton and Birmingham. All contrary to the two-tier bollocks, no?

More of a point that racist scum are everywhere, even in the highest orders of our society, and not just the apparently racist Reform party, that makes all of us who voted racist

And another point for context...
If a member of ANY other party, did even half of what that cunt incited, you'd be going a lot further than, so, he's been arrested and charged

The murderer got about 10 years in prison. You have not shown any evidence of a rapist convicted by a court who got a shorter sentence than someone "who wrote things online" . The other thing you posted is about a guy who had pictures of children - which is not equivalent to rape, seeing as he hasn't been convicted of rape of any kind. He's been sent to prison for whatever duration the law has determined. Most of what you write is an assumption or a theory. I'd like to talk facts.

Hamoud Al Soaimi, 21, a Kuwaiti was found guilty of three counts of sexual assault and one assault by penetration of a 12 year old girl as part of a rape gang in Newcastle. He didn't receive any jail time from her and just 180 hours of community service. This is British Justice. There you go. I’ll leave it there. Not discussing anything else with you. If you thinking just having nonce contents isn’t as bad then, I have nothing else to say. And the fact is these people are real dangers to society and should have the most serious convictions, over than words on a screen. Theories are there to be discussed. Not everything is fact.

Calling for slitting throats of a broader population, rather than just run of the mill racism He was calling for slitting throats of the nazi/fascist/islamophobe/racist rioting population. Do I think he should be locked up? Yes. Do I feel sorry for nazis/fascists/islamophobes/racist rioters? No.
