Is Khan stupid?
I know Barrera is way short off his peak, but Khan still wants to fight him, one of the greatest boxers in recent times despite only fighting in hand picked fights against boxers that are nowhere near the level of the man he is going to fight.
Can't help but think this is a big mistake but would love for him to prove me wrong.

Seems very stupid to me, he should really think this through
If this goes wrong it could wreck a lot of things for him

I knew Khan would win this one- his promoters would have never made this fight if they weren't supremely confident. Barrerra is a has-been and never enough of a big hitter to trouble Khan.

Got to admit Khan looked absolutely ripped for this fight. In very good shape, and has a very good trainer.

This was a pretty interesting fight. People will say that Khan only won because of the injury to Barrera but he was losing the fight hands down long before that decision was made.

I think that is an insult to a superb fighter and champion, a Barrera of 10 years ago would have outclassed Amir Khan, Freddie Roach or no Freddie Roach. Unless Khan can work on his defence more, hes guna come up short against bigger, younger, faster hitters than Barrera, that glass chin (which is an undertstatement) will never go away.

Perhaps an insult to the Barrera of 10 years ago, but a pertinent statement of the Barrera of today. I'm not a fan of Khan, but Barrera has fallen from grace quite remarkably.

..which is backed up by the fact he hasn't beaten a decent fighter for 3 years.
