You must have seen this already. Rather late review. But I only saw this movie last week. It features Brian Clough's #worship# 44 day tenure as manager of Leedscum. One of the best football movies I have seen (please list others). Michael Sheen delivers a stellar performance yet again! How Timothy Spall resembles Peter Taylor I'll never know!! Billy Bremner, Johnny Giles and Norman Hunter look like faggots in the movie as well..so does Norman Hunter Saw this flick twice within 24 hours. Got slightly bored the second time but it was a good watch nevertheless. www.imdb.com/title/tt1226271/

I saw it about a month ago on blue ray. It is a very solid film. I'd love to see a recreation of Clough punching Keane but there were no extras with my version!
Beats the hell out of the par for the course football films which seem to glorify hooligan violence.

Easily the best football film I've seen. The book is excellent too and goes into much more detail and it's definitely worth a read if you enjoyed the film and haven't read it already.
Might watch and read it again actually.
