This match has been as interesting as me getting cut when doing the dishes at the same time. This is premature, I know, but the quality of football during these first three days has been POOR to say the least. Not much of the joga bonita being on display in the tournament so far. The first game was all right but it´s been downhill since. The Algerian goalie saved this one though, cheers there mate! And these fucking horns are driving me crazy. That fucking noise and you´re hungover. Fucking torture!!! I hear the french federation are the first to file a complaint over them. Fifa are considering banning them inside the stadiums if enough federations or major television companies make complaints. Thank the fuck, please ban them!!! I quote myself to make my point even clearer. This has been fucking tiring. All the games so far except the first. South Korea is the cream of the crop so far. Otherwisely just shit. Fucking boooooriiiiiing. I dare to quess the last game with Germany and Australia isn´t going to be any different.

Marcel Desailly - one of the only Chelsea players of all time I have any time for.

Desperately disappointing WC so far.. Even if the heavyweights are yet to play, the teams that have already played had enough quality to atleast make the matches watchable.. Most matching were like watching Stoke, Blackburn and Bolton playing against each other.. Messi & the Nigerian goalie have provided moments of quality and that's about it..
I hold out hope for today's final match.. Germany have a lot of exciting youngsters and could express themselves.. Australia are not exactly known for their defensive abilties either..

Marcel Desailly - one of the only Chelsea players of all time I have any time for. A very good player in his time with Chelsea, unlike his fellow countryman Makelele who I hated then, and hate now. How on earth he wasn't sent-off more times in the premier league I don't know, he was the snidest player ever, even running Terry close.

Keep an eye on Neuer in goal for Germany tonight. I've seen hima couple of times and think he could be the one to replace VDS (if Lloris is priced at 35 mill by Lyon). Excellent young keeper. Cue massive howler ;D

Its strange that there have been 7 games so far and only one team has scored more than once. Its a question of either wanting to win, or the fact that the ball is playing tricks in the air. I think South Korea want to make a statement of intent in this world cup. After watching Parkys goal, it showed their intent. Ok, so it was a defensive error at the start, but Park had to run past 2-3 other players then he had the goalkeeper to beat too(which puts Heskey to shame considering he had a one on one.) I think in all fairness, the other matches are just like boxing matches at the start, just getting used to the conditions.

If the ball is playing tricks it seems odd it´s not getting in the net more often then.

this world cup so far is just simply not worth watching. Those fucking horns and everyone playing 451 or 433 and defending first and attacking when its necessary approach to the game is ruining the spectacle. How can players not perform on those pitches and conditions that are ideal for a game of football. I watched serbia vs Ghana and it was torture. I cannot wait until the dutch, spanish and brazlians get into this tournament. Offensive teams that play offensive football, france and england have both been massive dissappointments.

Makelele is a perfect example of a player, that if he's on your team you love, and not on your team you hate.. My brother supports the rentboys and Makelele is his all time favourite player.

Heskey was shit, but it was his best performance - says it all really. brilliant!! lol set it was tho. He wasnt the worst england player out there by far(he was probably one of the best if i could be asked to go back and look at them all again), but he was still shit. I would have put good money on defoe/crouch/bent/rooney (hell, carrick even) finishing that 1-on-1, but not Heskey. as i said before, he hasnt scored in 4 months - fucking hell there are goalies out there that score more.

Why don't they ban there ball while there at it. They only became popular in south africa in the 90's, so it would hardly be killing a tradition! They are seriously fucking annoying and make watching games shit! As well as being dangerous to the hearing of those in the stadium. Im surprised health and safety werent all over this ages ago, they usually stop this sort of thing
