Excellent writer Jim White and a very good article. Finally someone has cut through the horse-shit about the England team being under too much pressure to perform. Do you think Brazil aren't under pressure? Argentina? Germany? Anything less than winning the trophy and these teams will be regarded as failures. It's a convenient excuse but it doesn't wash.

yeah, Jim is a great writer alrite. Wish the idiots that comment on these stories would shut up though- the comments are laughably idiotic. There are loads of factors that explain why England arent doing well.

Main reasons england underachieve in international football is because there technically inept and can't hack the pressure.
