This is what happens when you don't give players a chance. For Molde its an excellent signing from them i expect him to be great under Ole. Right......care to explain??

Yes I have heard Moyes isn't going to sign anyone, he's going to the nearest school to recruit 12 year olds and bleed them into the team this season so they get given a fair chance

Anyone that watched football just knew he was going to huge and I think Utd fucked up majorly there but Daehli? Seemed a good player but not in Pogbas league. Whose place should be have taken in the team?

Whose place should be have taken in the team? Maybe De Gea? as everything is his fault. SET I do love your rants mate. Fuck I lol'd at that 2nd post, I'm taking a guess that number 2 is Daehli though.

www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2355039/Manchester-United-discard-Mats-Daehli-youngster-rejoins-Ole-Gunnar-Solskjaer-surprise-1-5m-deal.htmlOne of Manchester United's most promising young talents, Mats Daehli, has left the club to join Norwegian Champions Molde. The 18-year-old midfielder has left Old Trafford for an undisclosed fee, thought to be around £1.5million, and he has signed a two-year deal with the club managed by United's legendary striker Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. It is thought United have inserted a buy-back clause for Daehli, who began his career with Lyn and Stabaek in his native Norway. Molde manager Solskjaer said: 'We talked two-and-a-half years ago when he had to make a choice to stay or go. I recommended him to sign with United.' 'However, I told him he could always come back to Norway and come to Molde. He's had two great seasons and learned plenty at United.' 'He's here to develop. There's no pressure on him to come in here and turn our season around. We'll take this step by step.' However, Daehli is keen to make an immediate impact and is excited by the prospect of being involved with the first-team set-up. He said: ‘I'm very proud and happy. It has been a process, but this is a very good solution for me. I'll start training tomorrow and try to show that I deserve to play.’ Daehli had been with in the United ranks since 2010, and signed professional terms on his 17th birthday last year. At the end of the 2011/12 season he was chosen by United academy coaches as the Jimmy Murphy Player of the Year after a scintillating first season for the under 18 side. The move will come as a surprise to many within Old Trafford, who had identified Daehli as a player capable of breaking into the first-team in the next few years. Just two weeks ago, former United defender and fellow Norwegian Ronny Johnsen was singing the playmaker’s praises. He told the club's website: 'It's going to be fun to watch him develop. He is still very young but is a player that Norway needs to come through now. Hopefully, he is going to get there and it will go the right way for him as the future looks bright. 'Of course, he is in the right place and it's very nice for him. He's young but has a proper mentality for the game as well so he is going to somebody who is worth watching.' Daehli becomes the latest in a string of highly-rated youngsters to have left Manchester United in unexpected circumstances in recent years. Ravel Morrison, a player of undoubted ability but who suffered from disciplinary problems was allowed to leave for West Ham United in January 2012. Another midfielder, Paul Pogba, was sold to Juventus last summer after former manager Sir Alex Ferguson did not meet his demands for first-team football. The Frenchman has since gone on to shine for the Turin club in the Serie A and Champions League.

But yea speaking of Pogba i think this was one of Fergie's biggest mistake not signing Pogba's contract and not giving him a chance in the side. Daehli might not be as good as Pogba but you now can see the younger players down the line looking a move because they won't be given a chance to show what they can do.

My only gripe with this is that he's only 18 and maybe could have waited a bit....maybe there is something else behind it...maybe he hates Warren Joyce? Or vice versa?

www.vg.no/sport/fotball/engelsk/artikkel.php?artid=10111557Here's the article. They mention a loan deal too, but that could have just been put in to allow the article to go out, as they haven't got anything concrete on a possible sale. It's been hinted that he's had less U21 playing time than expected to date Talk is that him and Warren Joyce don't get on as well as they could, but again, nothing concrete on it.
