He was, by a country mile, our best prospect, kids got everything.Surprised DM has allowed this before having a good look at him.Very strange. Second best, him and Januzaj are the same age, its just the later had taken the step up to U-21s already. Sad to see him go he was a prospect. There must be some other factor at play I think, attitude problem or homesickness or something. I thought Januzaj was a year or two older, everyday is a school day! I would go with homesickness, it wasnt talent related anyway. |

Januzaj is about a month older.
But progressed alot quicker on the pitch than Daehli

Why is this Moyes's fault ? ( not at you Paul,sarcasm understood). WTH we seem to be going around in circles debating almost the same point again and again in almost every thread. Think it'd be better if the pre season starts.
On Topic- Gutted he as left good kid, but if as per rumors, he wanted first team then surely its better where he has gone. I just hope that this bug doesn't latch on to Januzaj. Anyway , first option and Buy Back we haven't done anything bad here
He develops, we can go back for him. it is a win win IMO

He was considered one of the best in the Under 18 squad so it is a bit odd that he should be sold, especially when we routinely loan out players with far less potential. Another talented player leaving for first team opportunities gives the impression that they don't think that they will get one at the club.
