Mahomes has some nerve. Man has been benefitting from ref decisions since forever and he's upset about a wholly legitimate call.
Prick.

Poor, poor Chiefs. 😂
Ravens are monsters in defense and Lamar is primed for a Super Bowl this year imo. He seems to have matured and seems ready to go all the way.

How bad has Broncos ownership shot themselves in the foot. While Wilson hasn't covered himself in glory I think Peyton has underwhelmed as well.
And they went all out for both. Crazy.

Trading for Wilson was the right move. Cutting him is the right move now. The problem was the ridiculous contract they gave him before he took a single bloody snap. At least this is a loaded draft class for QBs.

If they cut him as rumors have it, this would be a real ding in the franchise. Picking 14th in the first round with a few quarterback needy teams in front of you is a tough spot to be in. They don't have a lot of draft capital to parley moving up.

At least this is a loaded draft class for QBs. Considering all that they gave up for him, I would consider this quite disastrous. Agreed, they amplified the disaster tenfold with the contract and now the cap hits will be absolutely fucked. But drafting a qb is a very tough job as we’ve seen so far. Whoever you do draft next year will need more time, and in the meantime it’ll be Stidham. Peyton has his work cut out for him.

It failed and was destined to fail once Payton was appointed HC. Wilson is about as opposite to Brees as you could imagine. There were loads of reports of reducing the playbook for Wilson. If you watch him every week like I do, he’s been mostly awful with some miracle plays in the 4th to pull us back from the brink. The problem is it’s mostly his performance which has put us there in the first place. Just unsustainable. I’m glad he’s gone, as much as it’ll hurt for a while.

We it’s official, with Carolina having the worst record Chicago will have the first pick in the draft. Quite the dilemma for Chicago, do you continue with Fields or do you take one of the top QBs coming out? Or, like last year move down and accumulate draft capital? Great spot to be in….

Keep fields and trade the pick I just don’t see Fields working out for them. He’s a great athlete but I’m not sure he has a higher ceiling than this. They’re better off bringing in a new QB . Although if they decide to trade the pick they’d get an absolute haul.

Keep fields and trade the pick Fields will be going on his last year of his rookie contract. If the Bears take a QB with the top pick the clock is now reset wage wise for 5 years….something to think about if you are not convinced he is better then the top choices coming out of college and that if keeping him he will take you to the promised land.

Imo the smart move would be a reset with Caleb Williams, use whatever available money to draft in other pieces to help the QB. Spunking money on Fields will not fix other glaring problems in their squad. But.....Ryan Poles. Lol.

The College semis were excellent last night, with some elite talent on show as you’d expect.

Penix dropping dimes all over was unbelievable. Hadn’t seen much of him with the west coast game times, but looked elite.
And how Michigan survived with the special team blunders usually being the difference in winning and losing was fantastic to see….should be a great National Championship game…
