Arsenal defeated Leyton Orient 5-0 in the FA Cup fifth round replay match to prove once and for all that they have matured, we have been hearing for years that they are a young team that will soon obliterate everything in their path once they have matured and we are seeing that in this team, despite them losing to Birmingham in the Carling Cup final at Wembley.

When asked about the hat-trick scored by top marksman, Niklas Bendtner, Arsene Wenger responded, “I didn’t see it, but obviously it was three quality strikes, especially the one that he bent into the top corner. But we have a chance to win the treble, so we have to prioritise, do we want to win some mickey mouse trophy? Or do we want the big ones? When you are used to winning trophies as we are at Arsenal, you don’t just want any trophy, you want the best”
And with that, Wenger went off to a board meeting that he was called into by his chairman, to decide how much they would fine Szcezny and Koscielny for ‘indiscipline’ at the Carling Cup final.
