So I'm supposed to be nice and helpful to every smooth brain in the entire world but each and every window licking twit manages to get on my single last nerve each and everytime they ask something.
everyday I get the equivalent of;
SmoothBrain; Can you do something for me. me; ok, what do you need Smoothbrain; something
I basically have to turn into inspector for clueso to figure out what anyone wants or needs.

You know this scene in the godfather 3?
Obviously I'm not trying to say I'm some kind of gangster but as soon as I get some kind of head of steam or happiness in my life, something happens and takes me right back into the depths.

Old man shouts at cloud moment incoming in 3.....2.....1.....
I bloody hate the "new" squad numbers that teams line up with "now"*
Had a look at the Celtic Hibs match on the BBC, and Celtics line up includes a GK wearing number 65, a striker who is number 53, and a left back wearing bloody 93.
What was wrong with 1 - 11?!
Grumble grumble knew where you were then grumble grumble 11 left wing 7 right wing grumble grumble bloody kids these days
* New and Now being very subjective as they've been around for absolutely ages. But I still consider them new!

We pushed our wedding back a year from Spring 2021 to Spring 2022. Our venue was fine with this but just emailed to cancel as they're getting rid of a bunch of staff and won't have the capacity for events any more. Just checked and our second choice venue doesn't appear to do events anymore either. And the weekend we have (early May bank holiday) is already super busy.
So frustrating to have to go back to the drawing board after having put so much work into it already. Really hope we don't have to delay again.

Not thought about doing something completely different to the original place, quick Gretna Green job, going abroad etc? Obviously very different circumstances because it was 20 years ago but we had problems pleasing both families as to what the 'perfect wedding' should be in their respective minds,so in the end we just said right,we are going to Rhodes for two weeks, getting married at the chapel in the bay & if anyone wants to come, feel free to join us. Ended up with nearly 50 family & friends with us & had the best two weeks of our lives.

I never even knew it had happened, but I admire him loads for it. When the time comes for me it’ll be a big old do cos that’s what our lass wants, but I’d happily do it in front of nobody.

Ultimately you have to do what you & the gaffer want. We realised quite early on that we were never going to please everyone at home,so by saying we were going to Greece ,like it or lump it it ended lots of debate very quickly.

But I think we both want the big party at home, so will probably stick to the city rather than going abroad. Hopefully we find another suitable place quickly.

Scammers phoning you persistently.
We ALL fucking get ‘em, and we ALL fucking hate ‘em-I had a total of 8 yesterday alone, on both my mobile and landline🤬 Here’s a nifty way of dealing with them, IF you have the time, and can keep a straight face!

Going to have to buy a new fridge-freezer this weekend after our current one has entered its final death throes ,it’s one of those unnoticed bloody purchases you have to make ,unless you have an old pantry with a cooling stone-like my gran used to have! No one will come round and say, “wow, I love you that new fridge of yours”
