Yes Norwich are an average premier league side. So if a 19 year old can make them look worse than they are, i'm sure he can develop into a player who can do it against better opposition. Not to mention continue to make half our season easier by making the average teams look crap!

Maybe if he plays a season and still looks a top prospect we should be in for him.
