Interesting! Watching the Keane video it's easy to see why he's not been that successful as a manager. He found it really difficult to explain something that obviously came naturally to him. He seemed a lot more comfortable talking about the drive and determination aspect than he did teaching the technical skill.

Nice vid, that. It's obvious Danny has been ahead of the class from a young age. Keane seems to struggle with teaching though, doesn't seem to have the patience for it like Ruud.
