If RVP goes to another premier league club then its the end of an era for Arsenal as a top club. They cannot lose him to a rival premier league team like city, moving to another league is one thing but moving to your rivals is completely different. I'm sure other player would follow him out the exit doors if he's to leave for another premier league team.

Arsenal need to keep him.
