I tell ya what, Tony V would put a few people on their arses in the middle of the park. Defo could work in there as part of a midfield 3. that was the thinking with smudge.. |

Not saying it's ideal but come Feb when 3 of our centre halfs are down and Carrick is filling in at the back it might be worth more of a throw of the dice than say Rafael or even Rooney. As i said, hopefully it won't come to that.
