1-0 down at half time, Seager (sp?) scorer for Southampton.
Missed the first few minutes but from what I've seen we've had good possession and moved the ball well but not really looked a threat, though we did have 2 nice balls across the box right at the end of the half that we should've made more from, where as Southampton have looked dangerous on the break and at set pieces, should be an interesting second half.

2-0 Southampton, Seager again, 8 goals in 6 games for him apparently, got to the ball ahead of Gollini and finished from a tight angle.

2-1 Pereira, drifted in from the left with the ball and then smashed it in from the edge of the box, lovely finish.

FT 2-1
Southampton looked a good team, solid in defense and dangerous on the break, we really struggled to break them down and it took a great strike from Pereira to beat their keeper, we kept going and tried to pressure them but credit to Southampton, they defended well and kept our attackers at bay.

So its universal in the forum that "the Thing" henceforth be for "PM" then. Sorry always thought you could ask for a PM just not ask for a direct link on the thread -at least that was my understanding. I am ok with it though |
