United Training Jacket Size Question

Lads,

Im looking to pick up one of the woven sideline jackets (see link) store.manutd.com/stores/manutd/products/product_details.aspx?pid=104810&cid=11114

Considering Im in the states and in Cleveland I have nowhere to try one before I pick i size, im seeking some sizing help.

I am 5'9" slim frame but moderate muscular build. 39" chest. Im looking at a comfortable fit definitely not baggy. The page suggests a Medium is 38"-40" Chest. I also sometimes have jackets fit too tightly on my arms feel like chris farley on occasion.

Im leaning towards a M should be ok but just wanted some input I believe a few of us have this jacket and and a transatlantic exchange would probably be out of the question.

Want to help, but can't... as I've never purchased anything online from the United store.

Maybe best thing to do is to try on a 38"-40" jacket and see if that's tight for ye. If it is, best to buy an L - L is your safest bet.

He mate, I actually have that Jacket, mate brought it for me and sent it over for me

For your height I might consider the Large, the Jacket isn't that big and it's not very long in the midriff area, better too big and comfy than too small and stored away.

Thanks for all the help lads. Gut feeling told me M, just came in this morning before I left for work, fits well and i can still fit a hoody under it... could be longer in the midriff as suggested, but my goodness is it a good looking piece of United apparel #devilbanana#
