Will the pundits have anything to say about this? Or will they just forge ahead next season as if nowt is happening? It’s sickening how uncontested this has all been. All hail Pep.
The league loses nothing from not having them in it. They can’t fill the stadium, nobody tunes in to watch them in any great numbers, increasing numbers of people are admitting they find the football tedious.

Make no mistake- this is a seismic moment for the league. Cave in and an awful lot of people will walk away.

I don't think City believe or have been advised they have a case that they can win, what they can do however is really make noise, pay silly sums too get the league tied up when the REAL issue at hand is the 115 charges against them. They are rattled big time and they know they can't beat all those charges.

Does anyone know how the Tribunal is set up? Is it a dispute resolution mechanism created by the Premier League's constitution?

It just shows that all city’s purchased success is now absolutely tainted and always has been.
They will never be viewed in the same light as the proper clubs who earned their success with earned growth plus highs lows along the way.
I’ve said it before but their treble last season was nothing like ours despite the same trophies being won.
Plastic clubs will always be plastic clubs.

I mean it is genius really. Employ an army of their lawyers to tie up the FA's lawyers in a spurious law suit so they won't have the time to investigate the 113 charges against City and dole out justice.

Still no pundits or ex pros coming out slagging city of yet. absolute wet wipes. Pundits and ex-pros are usually idiots though, they probably can't understand any of this. The whole thing just smacks of a desperate and ill-conceived pre-emptive strike against the FA. it's essentially an admission of guilt.

Seeing that City's owners will consider moving to the Super League if needed.
Does anyone have a list of PL titles that are potentially up for grabs here?
This all makes me think they'll get relegated, and more.

I'd be so delighted for Fergie, Pep essentially losing those titles too will further cement SAF's apex legacy.
