Fuck that. I'm in 2019 and with all my hard-work in getting the best newgen coaches, scouts, and players? No chance. The only thing tempting me is RvP at United.

Of course. All team/comp badges. Don't have faces turned on so don't need those.

No thank you. If I can't have the face for every single person in my game, I don't want any. No faces is more like the old Champ Man layout anyway.

What Bestie said - I never put faces on, but get really irritated when there isn't any competition or club logos.

I prefer FM without all the newgen crimestoppers photos. I turn off the real pictures too as it looks a bit odd if I sign someone who has a picture when the rest of my team don't. I think on FM12 I had a pictures and badges pack installed though, which made it tolerable.

Netherlands, NORTHERN IRELAND (Oh yes baby), England, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Scotland(!)?
That's a fair whack of processor, but shouldn't be too bad. I was running about 8 or 9 Leagues on my old Macbook before I upgraded.
Also, newgens from the Netherlands are class, especially if you manage there. I just got my first batch of really well-rated youngsters through my Academy after years of investment but they're all stroppy bastards. One 14 year old is 3 1/2 stars (gold, not silver!) but is whinging over the professional terms I'm trying to give him for when he turns 18. Don't care how good they could turn out, I might have to develop these lads and ship them out!
EDIT: Actually, at 14/15. I'll just get my model pros to tutor them for the next 5 years. Should help.

When I upgraded my lappy I finally had the grpahics juice to use the 3D match view for the first time. Completely breathed new life into my game.
Finished the season with Die Bundesliga and obviously runner-up in the European Cup. It's been a productive summer: - Signed a 21 year old four star rated left-back from CSKA for £ 4.6 million release clause - gave my scout a raise for finding that one, if I'd paid attention sooner I could have gotten the boy for just over £ 2 million before he went to CSKA. - Set tutors for the 4 brightest hopes from my new youth intake. - Secured loan deals to (mostly) German clubs for my 18-22 non-first team prospects. A couple had to be sent to my affiliates becuase I couldn't find a club who were going to play them as valuable members of the squad. I almost always wait until my youngsters are home-grown to the club before loaning them, but I like to strengthen the domestic League I'm in if I can. - Sold a 26 yr old bit part player who I'd originally brought in as a hot prospect (£ 775, 000) to Gladbach for £ 5 million + add-ons for goals. He's a good player, but hasn't reached the potential I thought he would and only got games before European Cup or big League games when I didn't want to risk either my first team or first alternative. Had to shoe-horn him in at the end of last season to make sure he got enough games to get a League medal. - Completely updated my detailed tactics/player options for my intended First XI, and training/individual focus for the entire first team and youth team. - Klaas-Jan Hunter retired. - Started a final upgrade to my youth recruitment setup. - I'm retraining my Argie RB/WB to right winger, he has all the stats and is much quicker than my current RM, who plays much better as an attacking RB anyway.
Had 3 friendlies which I left to my Asst. while I waited for the loans to complete, going to manage my first one of the season next against United. They came to me asking for it, so I can tell you I was dead chuffed.
EDIT: I have also worked out why United have killed in the League every season - all the other top clubs have been making MORONIC signings. Obviously mediocre players for big enough fees (few million here and there) on shit youngsters. Corry Evans is playing for city and he moved there from Sunderland for £ 16 million. WTF? United have been at it as well, but now the first team we would know are all basically 30's and the dross are actually getting into the first team setup. They have 1 young top quality striker, and they let Yaya Sanogo (who's become class) go to Benfica who has now moved to Arsenal FFS. So I can see the Premier League getting pretty gash in a few years if this keeps up. Might be a wee project for me to keep my eye on!
