Did you deliberately do the stripes on the right hand side to look like the three canals?
Also, I've been meaning to ask if by any chance that fully cut out version of the three stars Badge is available in 100% opaque and for email/putting up please? I've been looking for some United patches to put t-shirts and stuff to avoid buying official merch and I've been wanting to get the non-Brand Logo version. It's looking like I'll have to send off and get them made up as the only ones around seem to be the new one with a (R)/(C) tag on them. Was going to ask about the one on the other van Persie wallpaper and then forgot. Cheers.

Wait, nevermind, there are four stripes. Sorry, didn't notice the one right behind RvP.
EDIT: Also, he's Dutch - it's a small "v". But it doesn't matter. Not like you've completely changed the meaning of the word by putting a cap on.

Aye mate I made the background from scratch so all was intentional, didn't think about the number of stripes mind so might change it to 3 instead of 4, nice thought mind so Ill bear it in mind . Ive got the badge as it was in the previous Wallpaper mate if you want me to email the cut version Im more than happy to do that if you want it. Also thankyou for pulling up the "v" lol. For the badge, I need it cut out around the outline most importantly, so the people making them know not to just put them on a round background or something. Actually, what d'ya reckon would look better, with the middle background filled in or empty? Although empty might make the thing more fiddily/expensive. Hmm. Either way, I'd appreciate you sending me the one from the other van Persie WP for definite. Thanks mate. |

You clever, clever, talented devil Paul. Hadn't even thought of that idea. Both look pretty boss, but that red looks dead classy, I have to be honest. Is the any way to punch up the colouring in the ship actually, can't really make it out but maybe that's just a size thing.
EDIT: I've actually just realised they'll have to have backgrounds to get the three stars on. Bugger.

Its more so the image, the ship does look a lot clearer when its the right size, I could try and add something small to hold the stars in place, like a small Line going up 2 it, Ill email them both anyhow then you can use either or both tis up to you then. Paul, I never thanked you for sending those over mate, cheers. The lines do look slightly off, but that's not your fault at all. I really want the three stars, so the lines are going to have to be there, most likely. I've tried putting a border/bg to it to connect it. Might work. What do you reckon?  (Paint = FAIL.) Think I'm defintely going to go for the filled background though, it looks so classy as I've said before. |
