Once again get my first winner of the day when my bet is already down. Meaning I profit not a bit from it. Fuck off!

La Liga bets are the worst in my opinion. When I used to bet, I mostly did it with the Premier League, Ligue 1 and Bundesliga. Primeira Liga is quite predictable as well, bar the last Portuguese Cup that Moreirense won. It's started changing for me. Because I mainly do goals based football bets I used to have countries I could rely on, Germany and Netherlands were 2 of the main ones but they fucked me up time and again last season. Portugal and Brazil are leagues I stay away from, Particularly Brazil as there's a surprising lack of goals in matches there. I thought there'd be 2-2's galore but from my experiences they're few and far between, either that or I'm just picking the wrong games. One big positive with football betting is that it makes you watch leagues and teams you wouldn't normally find time to watch or take an interest in. Brazilian league is like any other league. This year my bitter local rivals, Grêmio, are worth to watch, title contenders and they have this kid, Luan, worth a watch, can't recall a match they've not scored. And keep in mind that the calendar in Brazil is ungrateful, you have 20 league matches + Brazilian Cup to be played from May to early December. Then there's the continental cups, there are the championships of each state until the league begins again. Distances sometimes are difficult, so there's only time to rest (this is a bigger issue in Série B and continental cups though) You went with Ajax on the Netherlands?

I don't mean I stay away from Brazilian League completely just that for goals based betting, i.e both teams to score, they're pretty unreliable. Either down to teams being really good defensively or really shit going forward. From the games I've seen, which admittedly aren't many, it's probably the former but I had this idea in my mind that Brazilian football would produce a load of goals. Argentina is the same, compared to European leagues there's a lot of zeros on the match results.

Yup, sometimes both depends on the teams you put your money on and the transfer market they've had, a heavy jersey guarantees nothing, not good for bets if you are foreign. Cartola (our fantasy football) is hard to play because of this. Also, the league continues when main players are with the Brazil squad etc. When you sell some of your best players, like it'll happen to Santos, it's normal to have a dry spell. Same with Argentina.

Here we go, last day. Hopefully get either 1 big priced winner or a few winners (or all placed) in my multibets to finish the week up. Also backed Gold Town and Westerland in the 14:30, Elbereth in the 15:05, Barsanti in the 15:40, Al Jazi in the 16:20 and in the big sprint handicap at 17:00 I've backed Birchwood and Donjuan Triumphant at rather large prices. Backed all those in each way singles.

Fucking horrendous first couple of races. 25/1, 25/1, 6/1 and 20/1 the first 4 in that 2nd race.

Decent 3rd race. Had Idaho in my main bet who wins as well as Barsanti each way at 25/1 who comes 2nd. Would've preferred them the other way round but I'll take it!

Another awful ride from another awful French jockey. Going to avoid the cunts like the plague in the future.

Today made up for the rest.
Had a yankee with 2 winners (incl Tin Man) and 2 places (one at 22/1).
Along with Tin Man single and a few others.
Thank fuck for that

Probably haven't finished a festival up for a few years now. Think my biggest issue is that I'm always looking for big prices at these meetings because I'm trying to limit the damage. Worked once with the 25/1 winner I had on Wednesday but I needed 1 more of those or to get 4+ winners on one of my multiples to finish up. Having said that I've only lost around £25 which isn't bad considering I set aside £100 if needed. Definitely make more money on weekend and shit midweek racing though, always have.

That's another betting account closed. The cunts at boylesports refusing to pay me acca insurance for 1 leg of my football acca losing because I placed the bet last night and it settled in the earlier hours of this morning. Never heard such a pathetic excuse in my life.
That's them, Coral and Skybet all closed.
