Do you reckon there is any chance Ole plays Sanchez at right wing when Mr Eleventy Billion per week is back from injury? I hope so. Hopefully he’ll stick with Martial LW. Nothing despressed me as much as that doc about Giggs’ caretaker period and he picked Fellani over either Mata or Kagawa because of his strength. If Ole comes in and bins off Martial to accommodate Sanchez it’ll be terrible. Hopefully won’t happen.

Fella this morning also said he has his wingers cutting in with the aforementioned wing-back like full backs bombing down the wing and pummelling the area with crosses. You'd expect he'll give Lukaku a chance through the middle with this in mind. Worth mentioning that Phelan will probably do most the training anyway. After Cardiff Ole mentioned in an interview that he tried too hard to be a coach but his strength is in man managing & analysing so we know Phelan can coach some good attacking football.

I'm looking forward to us possibly going under the radar a bit more for the rest of the season. United have historically always been used to sell papers, once we added Mourinho to the mix it instantly added fuel to the fire. That fire got a hell of a lot worse as the results deteriorated. Ole has the right sort of profile to let us just get on with playing football for the rest of the season imo. Most of the stories still coming out now are about the end of Jose's reign and not Solskjaer. If this was Mourinho taking over from somebody else, they would most certainly be talking about the new manager and not the old one. I remember that largely being the case when Van Gaal left. That aint gonna happen. The whole footballing media will be all over this. Bloody excited about football again. Fantastic !!!!

Under the current conditions I would want to see Lukaku benched as well, but if he does play with wingers who can cross the ball in the box then Lukaku would be far more effective in theory.

One thing I've noticed though, has he even done a press conference or photo shoot yet? He's kept it quiet so far.

Should Ole make a success of his temporary period United are to pay Molde £7 million to make the deal permanent. Here's hoping he can do it.

Which would show that the club doesn't really do forward planning! Name me some caretakers who have gone on to any kind of long term success in England? The only one I can think of is the West Brom manager.

I think OGS is the plan B. but Molde will want cash for him missing part of their season and you cant fault that. imo, he needs to bring back Mulensteen too as he was the real genius behind fergies CL winnin campaign.
