As good as confirmation. Just insane that it took today instead of happening after Liverpool or at least City.

He’s gone but should have been after the Scouse game, it’s a case of what can they fuck up next watch this space.

I can t wait till this over and I can love Ole again Any love for Ole is long gone for me. He should quit, he's in way over his head and hasn't a clue what to do. But refuses to walk? Fuck him. No chance mate… give it a few months. That goal is the greatest moment in our club’s history

Next Manager Odds (SkyBet):
Zidane 5/6 Rodgers 2/1 Darren Fletcher 8/1 Ten Hag 10/1 Pochettino 20/1 Rangnick 25/1 Blanc 25/1 Enrique 40/1 Koeman 40/1
Must admit I won't be happy if it's Rodgers. Scouse link isn't great and I still think his record is that of a bottler for the most part - obviously that season at Liverpool, but then twice in the past two seasons when CL should have been assured for Leicester. Of course, them being top 4 (or indeed 5) is punching, but it's too consistent a record of choking at key moments.
I'd like Ten Hag, think what he's done at Ajax has been very impressive. Zidane would be exciting too, though I think his greatest talent is man management and my preference would be for someone more focused on a specific attacking style of play - though Zidane may well be able to implement that in fairness.
Fletcher, even temporarily, would prove the club has learned nothing. At least Ole had some managerial experience when he came in!

Genuinely gutted it didn't work out for him but the right call, overdue really. At the very least he's made it easier for the next manager with the players he's brought in. Hasn't all been bad but this season has been nothing short of a disaster so had to happen.
Irrespective of how he did as a manager he'll always be a club legend and wish him all the best.
Hopefully he does well wherever he does go and we can start to build towards getting to where we should be.

I'd take pretty much anyone just to get rid of this twat. We're genuinely looking at relegation if he stays, and I don't say that with hyperbole or just reacting to this performance. Every single team looks capable of putting 5 or 6 goals past us. Every team, every game. Get Wenger in for the rest of the season, or Hiddink, or sodding anyone. Just how insane am I for thinking Wenger until the end of the season isn't a completely horrible shout. We've got Arsenal in two weeks aswell. Imagine that 😏

Duncan Castles @duncancastles · 1h Decision taken at Manchester United’s emergency board meeting to dismiss Ole Gunnar Solskjær as manager.
Richard Arnold charged with negotiating the exact terms of the Norwegian’s exit after almost three trophy-free years at Old Trafford.
Think it was Castles that broke it. I wonder if they are close with Zidane. There must be something happening, just hope it's not Rodgers

That goal is the greatest moment in our club’s history Time heals all wounds. If I can find it in myself to remember the good times with Rooney after his atrocious last few years, I can find it in myself to forget most of Ole's managerial career in favour of his playing one, and I'm sure others can too. It just may take some time.

Still one of my favourite players ever, but fuck me am I glad to see the back of him. Completely out of his depth.
It's strangely poetic that Donny scored the final goal of Ole's tenure. He was pretty much the only player to put in a shift in his final match despite Ole not trusting him. Hopefully the next manager will know what to do with him.

Incredible that we let Conte go because we beat Spurs, only to sack Ole two games later. Truly says so much about our ownership. Ole looks like Fergie next to them.
