Everton do something to piss the English FA off to where they just all over them? If there is a proof that City is paying off people this is it.... 113 charges and we've heard literally nothing. Lonely little Everton was charged and given 10 point deduction then charged again before City Everton case is pretty cut and dry, whereas City have went to real lengths to hide their cheating. Its all about what you can prove, considering the number of charges, I do suspect City will get more than a fine. I know the all the evidence leaked by the Portuguese journalist was squashed that time but the PL must have significant evidence here.

Aren't there supposed to be some rule changes coming into place which would benefit Citeh? Wonder if this hearing will take place after that...?!

City was always going to take a while with the sheer volume of charges against them. Hopefully it’s worth the wait. Like getting striped of all titles won during time, fined into the next stratosphere, and get sent down to play in National League North next season Can’t believe how lenient you are…

The way the PL are talking about the City charges suggests, to me at least, some degree of criminality.

UEFA conspired with City to perform a charade: "we'll find you guilty, you'll get a punishment, then you'll win the appeal and it will be over". Win win. The evidence was robust.

There's no love for city within UEFA. It was the court of sports arbitration that ruled in cities favour in that instance on a technicality. There can't be any significant gaps in the PL case, else it will happen again. Politics could also get involved here because there's alot of their money in the city of London.

Wasn’t it statute of limitations? From what I read initially, that rule doesn’t exist to absolve them in this domestic case. I think the politics of it is what’ll get them off. It goes further than football doesn’t it, in terms of where the dirty money is. If you look at how the Newcastle buyout got over the line, the new owners had pledged to invest x amount within the city. Not sure whether there was a similar pledge during the buyout of City, but they’ve certainly invested in the area. But it goes deeper than that even, with the implications that falling out with them could have for the British government.

The Saudi deal went through because they promised to crack down on illegal streaming. Remember the guys who got arrested and who are locked away? It was money, not chopping heads off journalists that held that deal up.

Not according to this... So Citeh chose two of the sitting board out of three for CAS and the chairperson is a lawyer in oil and gas... Okayyyyy. Nothing to see here! Meanwhile uefa didn't object to this.

Nick Harris on Twitter is blowing City and their 9 fans out of the water on this. He has lots of ALLEGEDLY good stuff on the arrival of Diaz when he was 14.

Is it just me or is it disingenuous for players to go to the Saudi league for 6 months, then force an exit after collecting enough money to fill a dump truck. Football has become a real cesspit of shit. There's not much difference between footballers and wallstreet traders now. Whatever happened to building the league in the middle east 🤔
