You just know they will get away lightly, they'll have 50 lawyers looking for every little loophole to tie it up in red tape and keep kicking the can down the road until the Premier league wilt, not to mention the Governments relationship with the UAE so there may be some political pressure too. Yeah the owners have so much money pumped into the UK that there will definitely be some government interference I would think. I hope I'm wrong and they get absolutely fucked but I can just see them walking away with a shitty fine, the premier league will be a free for all if they get away with this though they won't be able to implement any of their rules what so ever.

Let’s see. Remember they got off on a technicality last time (despite being proven guilty) so that avenue won’t be open. I also read CAS will not be allowed to get involved here.

Don't see how that's true. The CAS have jurisdiction and if this goes against them, then they'll drag it into CAS. Ofcourse they will.

It's not a legal hearing, so not sure CAS would have any jurisdiction.

Next to fuck all will happen anyway. They havent got the grapefruits to do the right thing. It'll be some bullshit points deduction or fine (probably a record one, you know to show them who's boss). The powers that be will want to profit from it aswell.
Not interested in stripping titles, that does fuck all. League Two and huge sanctions is the only correct answer.

Lads, do we really need another post saying ‘nothing will happen anyway’?

Lads, do we really need another post saying ‘nothing will happen anyway’? Better to expect nothing, avoids disappointment. Unfortunately it's the way most probably expect it will go.

I'm annoyed with the secrecy surrounding this hearing. They aren't discussing defense secrets for fucks sake.

Relegation is the only thing that would make a difference. They can absorb the financial hit. But at least it would set them back a few years and give other clubs a chance to catch up as well as deter them from similar future illegal behaviour.

I do detect panic, Peps comments in recent weeks are encouraging.

I do detect panic, Peps comments in recent weeks are encouraging. We've all known he's an absolute fucking fraud, who would never replicate his success without his club being utter cheats. Thing is - he probably has known it all along as well. Now, he's beginning to realize that there is a small chance the fraud may be penalized, changing his legacy irrevocably and rendering a huge chunk of his career meaningless.
