We deserved to lose that. Trying to close it out with about 25 minute to go. Shockingly negative. Didn't put the ball past the out half once. Caveman stuff, like watching a 5 nations game back in the late 80s.
I'm a Lions supporter but no one could argue that the side trying to play won today.

James Horwill, that's raw emotion right there. Man. Wanker shouldnt be playing, dirty cunt that he is. Typical English bellend of a commentator moaning if Halfpenny would have got the 1st peno over they would have won. Aye because you'd say the same is Farrell was kicking...Fucking prick. deserved win from the Aussies though. By far the better side.

Should have been suspended either way, even without him they would have still beaten us anyway.
He needs to field his best 15, Faletau and Tuilagi have to at least be benched for the decider, Tipuric should be on the bench aswell. getting over looked too much now, people dont realise what a quality player he is.

Roberts needs to get fit. He has to gamble, try to play a bit. Can't have the same attritional shite as today.

Thats why faletau should play, he brings far more physical presence.

There's a very real chance we'll lose this series because of one simple thing- not one of the hookers can throw deep. Not getting any attacking line out ball is killing the team, just killing them.

That's just one aspect though mate, it simply isn't the right team selection either. We also went over there too confident that it would be easy. He needs to take more risks choosing players. He seems to afraid to upset the pack, there should have been more changes for the 2nd test. Missing the likes of O'Connell, Phillips and Roberts is a blow but things need to be altered otherwise the test series will go to them im afraid. Providing the injuries clear in time I would choose this team for the 3rd test, it's all or broke now so he has to go for it. We need to use the wide men, they we hardly if at all used in the 2nd test. Whereas the first we used them and they both scored tries.
1. Court or Cole (Vunipola was abysmal and Corbisero might not be fully fit) 2. Hibbard 3. A. Jones 4. A W Jones 5. Parling 6. Lydiate 7. Tipuric ( Constantly being over looked but perfect replacement for Warburton) 8. Faletau ( He deserves a start for this) 9. Phillips ( If injured then Connor Murray) 10. Farrell ( Harsh on Sexton but he was all over the place in the first test, I don't like Farrell but a diff aproach may be needed) 11. North 12. Roberts 13. BOD 14. Bowe 15. Halfpenny

In Bowe and North we have 2 game breakers. What were they used for yesterday? Chasing kicks!! A lot of the papers today laying into the tactics, good to see really. Yesterday was wretched. When they lost in South Aftica at least they died with their boots on. Go for broke next week, as you say. For some reason our set pieces are dire, so why not run what ball we get, within reason. Rather that than a repeat of yesterday's garbage.
