Sorry my mistake. He came on for Adam Jones yesterday not Vunipola, Looks like it might have to be Grant then unless Corbisiero can get over his calf problem. Only came off with a tight calf in the first test so hopefully he should be fine for the 3rd. If Faletau doesn't feature on Saturday im gonna go mad, he's by far the best Number 8 in the northern hemisphere. Nothing against Heaslip because he's a good player but Faletau has that physical side to him that gets you that extra metre.
Phillips needs to get fit aswell because after all the criticism he had after the first test (most of which was fair as he didn't have the best of games) but to see Youngs do absolutely jack makes my mind up for the 3rd test. As you say though Stew the problem area is the line out, were getting the ball to our players but the ability and creativity to do something with it terrible.

He was good in the 2nd test but we have sufficient cover so not a massive blow, hopefully this will be Tipuric's shot.
im looking forward to seeing this side, should be interesting.

This is O'Briens shot tipuric hasn't been given enough of a chance in the warm ups and can't be thrown straight into a test Tipuric is Warburtons natural replacement as an openside flanker, O'Brien is more Lydiates replacement and theres no way he will start ahead of Lydiate. O'Brien is blindside. Tipuric is very good at doing what Warburton did in the 2nd test, winning that ball back and getting the tackles in. |

Also think its a fucking disgrace Horwell has been cleared, whereas if it was a Lions player they would have been banned instantly.

Nah mate sorry thats not true, theres no way that O'Brien is better than Lydiate or that he has a better presence than him, you simply don't get past Lydiate...Ever. He's had the highest count of tackles than anyone else in the games he's played in. plus O'Brien plays on the blindside which is Lydiates role, which wont be given to O'Brien, Warburton is better as an openside, the only decent replacement for that side is Tipuric. |
