How the fuck are City in pot three? Two bottom of the group finishes in their entire History! Yet Celtic are in pot 4 despite a long History in the comp including last years knock out stage? Strange.

celtic and Scottish football are shite. They fluked it out of the Group Stage last year simply because the other teams in their group took too many points from each other. Hence Pot 4.
city should also be there, in fairness. They get a bump because England's Co-efficient is so high.

They had 3 shit years in Europe before last season. Plus each club receives a %age of their countries coefficient, and as England is 2nd in the list they have a higher coefficient than Scotland who are 23rd.
