David Moyes was on a scouting trip in Germany last night, and he watched Bayern Munich take on Borussia Monchengladbach and win 2-0. Before the game reports suggest that the Manchester United manager was there to watch Granit Xhaka and Patrick Herrmann. However David Moyes was twice spotted speaking to Sascha Breese who is a representative of Sports Total. An agency that are in control of a whole host of players – including Bayern’s Toni Kroos and Dortmund’s Marco Reus. Toni Kroos is an interesting one as he hasn’t yet agreed a new deal at Bayern. Now it could just be his agent trying to get him a better deal, or it could be solid interest on United’s part. I certainly hope it the latter as he’s a player who’d strengthen us significantly. Where exactly does Kroos play mate? I know he is a midfielder but is he an out and out CM or play wide/AM? |

Kroos is a long time favourite on here. Out and out mid. Absolute rocket shot on him.

January is looking like a good time to buy players that need to be playing regularly before the WC. Mata,Coentrao and Kroos all fall into this category.

If we don't buy another midfielder: Carrick, Jones/Fletch Mata, Potato, Adnan/Kags RVP This will work best if the 3 players drift and pull defenders all over the place. Mata may start on the right and drift in, but Rooney needs to inter-change, something he hasn't done since Ronaldo left really. If he wants Fellani in: Fellani, Carrick, Jones Mata, Rooney RVP Not as exciting as the first one but still has goals and solidity. I was all for 433 before we signed Mata but now it doesn't work as I think it works best with two proper wingers. 4231 will be the one he plays with Jani and Mata cutting in. Suddenly looks a lot sweeter with Mata here. |

I see weve supposedly bid £22m for Luke Shaw, bit much in all honesty but anything to get this squad going at the moment. I like the Kroos rumblings I've been hearing and hopefully we will get all this business done in jan!! That's a bargain if he fulfils his potential. |

I will say this about Moyes- he's not taking this poxy season lying down. 100% Correct stew. And the reason I am not calling for his head after every result is because it is clear he wants his own players in. I think the notion of us playing boring football can be dispelled with the types of players we are going for. I am absolutely convinced Moyes will get things right. If we get all our best players on the pitch we are as good as anyone. |

Mata is quality and would improve anyone, I just hope this isn't the end of Kags as I can see Januzaj-Kags-Mata axis fluid passing and interchanging behind RvP as the best way forward. Buy one quality box to box Vidal/Gudogan/Pogba to play next to Carrick and we are going places.
Oh and I pray to gods the rumours about PHC getting a new deal are not true. 300k for that cunt? no thanks - we could get 2 top cm's for his 300k a week! Sell him along with Young and Valencia...

I heard on sky sports last night that Kags agent states he is not going any where and wishes to stay at United, good on him. He needs better quality players around him to understand his level of play, the likes of Young for example does not cut the cloth. As for Pogba, I read on the United site that PSG are rumored to be preparing a 70m Euro bid around £60m!!! If true thats a lot of money... PHC, yep agree totally but cant see it happening, and I feel he is in the way of developing the team..... |

shame that - Draxler is quality! also PHC on 300k a week? he's not worth anywhere near that, good grief I despair at the lengths that the club goes to just to keep that cunt happy when we shipped Stam out the door for less |

Kroos is an ideal mid for the Pep's system. He is a regular and not bit part. I suspect it's a Mexican stand off. Sammer came out and said it was all about the money. Agent in turn spotted with DM. Kroos is popular and won't be received well by fans if sold. I'm hoping agent called in a favor and helps us get Reus in return  Kroos is very similar to Scholesy!! Pair him with Vidal and we did laughing to titles. Unless board wants the money, unlikely to move in Jan. A great chance to make history with Bayern. Well on course to repeat the treble. |

Tbh I'd be happy paying Rooney £300k a week. His form has been incredible so far this season under Moyes and hopefully that'll continue. What worries me more is Ashley Young getting paid what, £120k a week?!
Rooney no matter what anyone says will win you games and change games for you, something we need during this time in abundance.
