Loved the old hellraisers.
He was one of the last.
Reid, Burton, Harris and now O'Toole, all gone.
I'm happy to say I've had a pint or two in the bar that Ollie died in, those boys knew how to live a life.
RIP old boy.

RIP
One of the last great examplesof actors who just did not care about 'PR' and wanted to live the highest life possible.

Tonight when Sir Ferguson received the BBC Diamond Award at the Sports Personality of the Year event; the song sang to his reception was "the impossible dream" - which coincidentally was a song in the film Man of La Mancha, in which Peter O'Toole starred as the lead and sang it. Thought it was rather befitting and served as two purposes.
Rest in Peace.
