Can anyone confirm or deny this please? Is it weird that I don't want anyone to eat at it? No. I want it to fail miserably and I would never go there. It was a recommendation for someone else though. Irritatingly everyone I know in Manchester says it is apparently superb. |

Probably a bit late, but Pep Guardiola's new restaurant, Tast, is meant to be incredible. Can anyone confirm or deny this please? Went for my old mans birthday. Can confirm. Probably the best restaurant in the city. Might get Manc its first Michelin star. |

We went as a group out of spite thinking the hype was bollocks, it's actually really good. Been twice now to make sure it wasn't a one off but I'm not going again now that I know it's confirmed. *Unless it's part of a night out again then I'm just going to go but whinge and pretend it's minging. |

Anyone been to Hawks moor? . My husband's favourite. He gets invited there with work, I've never been!
The French restaurant at the Midland is also another good un. Posh and Becks used to go there when he lived in Manchester!
Rosso has to be one of the most overrated gaffs going. San Carlo is so much better!
Tapeo and wine is one of my favourites. The other one on King Street with the cat is very good.

Food wise pho cue kitchen (Vietnamese) absolutely incredible, American pies( Chicago style deep dish pizza, bundobust, escape freight island is a cool place too, northern quarter has plenty cool bars and restaurants too |
