He can see a shit storm coming his way... He's not seen it for years but now his old as fuck eye's can suddenly see it? I don't buy it No up until now he has thought he was bomb proof. He had everyone in his pocket and controlled them...he had the say in where money went and if you had your snout in the trough you wanted to stay there... Now this has broken and at least one person is going to roll over on him...he knows this, hence seeing the shit storm heading his way... All IMO of course...

Anyone else think the FA's crowing on this will come back to haunt them? Dyke has been as un-magnanimous as an individual can be in Blatter's final fall. All seems a bit too much like sour grapes for me.
If the FA were savvy in any shape or form they'd dial this shit back and play the longer game. Typical of them I suppose, no foward vision at all.

who in the world, outside of UEFA, will vote for Platini though? anybody running for the post outside of the three that campaigned against Blatter before the last election should be looked upon sceptically IMHO.
if they didnt have the balls to run then, they should sit this one out and let the other original candidates have a fair run off. I know this isnt gonna be a popular view, but that's just how i feel about the situation right now. I'm not for all this "Platini wont run against Blatter, but now Blatter's gone Platinin is the new emperor" concept, it gives me a bad vibe.

I genuinly don't see the point in having someone from a middle-east country being the president of FIFA
