How long have you been a red? - 38 years Who's your favourite player in the current squad? - Kags Who's your favourite past player? - Eric the king- always liked Sparkey Hughes as a Kid One thing you wish you could tell Fergie? - Wrong one Where did you hear about Republik of Mancunia forum? - Been reading Posts for a while.. Its the Forum that talks the most sense.
Got to go through the new post bit now.. So I'll start with the Everton game.. I'm callin this the Everton barometer because I reckon this game could be very telling from a fans perspective as to where we're at.. After this one I think we will have a good idea of any progress made under the new manager or how far we have fallen off the standard expected and beyond.. From a personal point of view I will be looking at the quality of football played by both sides, who's playing the more attractive, progressive football in a game both sides need to win (Everton for top 4 and us for Europa ).. I already have my concerns about Moyes going forward another season after this piss take of a campaign,, so I guess if we get an Arsenal style spanking this will kind of seal the deal for me in that regard.. A win with good team selection and decent football will go some way, although only slightly to finish the season on higher note... What's the thoughts ?? A decent Barometer with hope or has there already been too much damage done?

Nice post and welcome. Speaking for myself the damage has been done. Dave is so far out of his depth its scary. Looking at body language tells you a lot, not just the coaching staff but the players too. My biggest fear is for next season with the possible loss of so much experience in vida, Rio, mad pat even fletch. Then there's the story of giggs leaving, rvp unhappy. All these players are united. Then we're left with DD and Rooney. Dark times ahead. That's why I look forward to the reserve games, players playing where they are supposed to. And a good coach.

Welcome! Great intro, though we have both Hopeless and Matchday threads for discussion of the Moron and the Game on Sunday.
