I have been sneaking about on this board for the last few months and figured it is time to actually sign on the dotted line. Seems like a lot of good guys on here with better insight than the media drivel I get on this side of the pond.
My name is Phil and I am from San Diego, CA and I guess I have been a red since the mid nineties. My club coach back then gave me a beat up old VHS with highlights of Giggsy, Becks amongst others and told me, "this is how you play your position." Been a fan ever since and have only missed 3-4 games since they began broadcasting in the States about ten years ago (Internet helps as well).
Favorite current player: That handsome SOB between the posts.
Favourite past player: Giggsy
One thing you wish you could tell Fergie: I miss your face
Where did you hear about Republik of Mancunia forum: Somebody online said that The ROM was responsible for the fly over of Anfield messing with poor little Stevie, seemed like a good group, here I am.

Cheers! Welcome mate, have you been able to get to any friendlies over there? Thanks for the welcome fellas. I was in Vegas on a business trip, so I was unable to make it up to LA. Had good seats too, luckily I was able to get face value for my tickets. Pissed of all weeks that was the one my boss sent me there. |
