Can't believe we got more for Jonny Evans than we did for RvP, Rafa and Nani Worlds gone mad.

Add to that the huge saving in wages and you will find we haven't spent a fucking penny. This time next year Rodney we will get Bale and Neymar

as dsilva mentions, contract = matches. the incentive is there with this being a season preceding a european championships. "right dave, you can stay in the reserves not playing a minute of competitive football, leave on a free at the end of the season to a team that has dicked you around and miss out on playing in france '16 or you can sign a contract with the understanding/provision that if madrid offer an agreed amount you can leave next season, play the season and work your way into del bosque's plans for france '16. bear in mind son, that casillas' standing in the national team has never been weaker now that he's left madrid." All of this ignores the fact that we are currently playing our third best (by some margain) GK which will eventually bite you on the arse. Swansea was the first example. Romero was barely tested in the games he's played so far, then we had Swansea. Van Gall needs to do some soul-searching and try to find a way of getting either Valdes or De Gea back in the side asap. All this talk od 'rotting the reserves' is great but once it starts to cost the club points it becomes far less easier to justify.

More so pulling his head out of his arse. Arrogance is fine in small doses but when reality hits and that arrogance is having a negative effect then something needs to give.

It really winds me up when sky sports twats report how much money United have spent since Summer 2014. Why don't those cunts actually report on what's really going on. Squad has been culled to the bones, wage bill has been dramatically reduced and the net spend on building a new squad has been fuck all

Romero has been a bench warmer for lesser teams for some time now and there is good reason for that.

But back to the point of DDG behind the sticks. So we are supposed to ignore everything that just happened and let Big Dave stroll into the number 1 spot? The pressure for him to be in the first team in order to be ready for the National Team, should be enough to sign a deal that pays him extremely well, and also protects the club. We have been fully behind DDG and the least he can do is man up, sign a deal that allows us to get proper value, then he can resume his career....

is reegan poole the new andy kellett? or is there much promise in the kid? According to Football Manager he does have a lot of potential. If FM stats are good enough for Sky sports, they're good enough for me. I fully expect him to break into the first team this season.

you know, we've only spent 26mil but you know full well that everyone will forget that and still say 'HURR HURRR buying the league' but then contrary to that, they'll say 'club x (that isn't united) has only a net spend of 'x' and they're great'.
If thats also true (26mil net) and we said no to Marco fucking Reus due to 60mil price then that's fucking scandal.
