Of all the many, many, reasons to vote no, seeing Alex Salmond's face at the moment 'No' became official is surely a big one.

After the hatchet job on the YES vote by the media (especially Sky's scaremongering) I see the vote going to be a NO

All I've seen on Sky is every story having the "look how bad things will be if you vote yes" flavour Funny how everyone saying it is a "business leader" with massive investment ;-) The ordinary people will be fucked as usual whatever happens

For the sake of my pension fund and chances of actually affording a family and my own property in the future, I hope it's a 'No'. Could give a fuck about any other reasons, I just don't want to live under a Tory government for the rest of my life.
A yes would be LOLZ at Cameron though, the sex pest looking cunt!
Although, I'd be interested if they vote No but then insist on a Devo Max, as Greater Manchester could benefit from a succesful Scotland under Devo Max, as we've a larger population than Northern Ireland and larger economy than Wales...

It was all just very one sided - treating the Scottish people like complete mongs and not having the intelligence to make a decision for themselves

Particularly from Gordon Brown, this is pretty special indeed.

I know this is a stupid idea but I always thought they shoul just merge Scotland England an Wales into a new country. Seems silly to divide a small island that way.

Pretty powerful stuff there from Brown. It'll be crazy if the votes isn't No, the No camp really haven't given any answers. Like the currency that don't actually have anything agreed, they just believe they can hold a gun to our heads with the debt. Oil might do them ok for a while but what about 10-15 years? They couldn't join the EU either, Spain (at least) would not allow it. The Yes vote would have so much risk and uncertainty. They already get it pretty good anyway, they have their own parliament, the NHS, an average of £1200 greater spend per head, free tuition.

The desperation of Cameron to promote a NO vote says it all - they'd lose control over what gas and oil are left but the big thing is all that lovely undeveloped land to solve the housing crisis ;-)
