www.thfclatest.com/2014/12/28/lloris-frustrates-united/ I did not enjoy the first 45 minutes one bit to be honest. I thought Manchester United looked outstanding and if you had gone in three goals ahead I could not have complained. Juan Mata & Michael Carrick looked particularly impressive. I watched both carefully and all the danger seemed to be coming through Mata. He looks such a class player. Michael Carrick got a good welcome back to the Lane. I thought he stopped Harry Kane being a threat in the first half. He also played a couple of beautiful passes over the top of our defence. Second half, Spurs seemed to grow a bit stronger but United still had a couple of good chances. On another day V Persie would have had a couple. I'm not sure what to make of Falcao? Worked hard but does not look to have got his eye in yet. United are clearly missing some of your injured players. Once they are back and with a couple of January signings I think you will be really up and running. I may have a few bob on you for the FA Cup. Good luck for the rest of the season.

Thats a pretty fair assessment. I hadn't really seen Kane much but he looks like he'll become a top player. Very dangerous but quick and a good touch for a big fella.
You are welcome on here any time. Sorry if my post earlier came across as tough. It wasn't meant to be.

Class performance from both sides, and as I said in another post, seems to me that with 2 matches in 2 days, the timing, focus and control to finish a shot would be one of the things most effected by fatigue. Those finishes come from intense training and repetition over and over from various places, seeing them mis-hit just a bit, going wide hitting the bar, fatigue could cause all that. It was a great match to watch for any fan of the game, two quality clubs that really got after it and neither willing to give an inch. I see nothing but positive in the way United played together as a club, same chances with a week of rest could be 5 goals up

Fair assessment mate. Very impressed with Kane (first time I've seen him) and of course that fucking goalie....... Obviously pleased with first half for us but thought although it was entertaining, it was awful in parts with the ball bouncing all over the place due to the hard surface and that fucking ref..... How he allowed Your defenders to constantly barge and practically bum RVP in particular........ Anyway, looks like you lot have a bit of momentum so would love to see you get 4th and keep the bummers and dippers out of the CL.
