I like that. Some of the promo pictures are dodgy though. I don't mind it, although that design on the shirt looks like it was directly stolen from the doodles on the covers of my school exercise books.

Just lost their transfer ban appeal. It looks like they’ll go to CAS. Where they’ll lose too I suspect.

Losing Sarri would be a huge blow for them IMO. I thought he did very well last year TBH. 2 cup finals, won the bigger one, finished third despite many predicting them for 5th or 6th.
Think they’re in real trouble next year without Hazard. I wonder if Sarri will try and take Jorginho with him too? Perhaps next summer rather than this one given the transfer ban.

Jorginho hasn't convinced in the League but I'm not sure that isn't a bedding-in-season thing. Might be much better this next. He would probably be excellent if Sarri took him to Juventus.

I can just see Chelsea letting him go though, albeit maybe after their ban.

I think he's played in the wrong position all year. He doesn't have the graft to operate in the deep lying role. Gets outpaced and outmuscled far too easily. His arrival has also thrown Kante out of whack. If their roles are switched, they'll be better off.

Chelsea will appoint Frank Lampard as their new manager within the next 48 hours, Sky Sports sources understand.
The Blues legend, 41, will return to Stamford Bridge after just one season in management at Derby County, to succeed Maurizio Sarri after his exit to Juventus.

It is good to see Frank going into management to be fair as a lot of players of that era haven't bothered to, but he'll do well in his career I think. Personally I think he should turn it down and continue at Derby for another year or two as its too soon for him that Chelsea job, not only that but its the biggest poisoned chalice in the Prem.

'Lamps' has been installed as Chelsea head coach. Official.
'Frank Lampard finalised his contract with Chelsea late on Wednesday night after holding over six hours of talks at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea are expected to announce Lampard's appointment on Thursday'.

The situation at Chelsea mirrors our own. I think Sarri has left them in the shit and they don't know where to turn. My gut tells me Frank Lampard is not ready for that job, yes he knows the club but supporters and that board don't really give a monkeys who you are if you don't deliver on the pitch. Other than Mourinho whos available though.

Bigger than ours? I do agree that it's too early. It will either be a car crash and over before Xmas or a complete success.
