Not having another striker on the bench is ludicrous. We may have 'other' players who can play up top, but that doesn't make them a striker. Were is Wilson is a head scratching question, and one that those brain dead writers at lvg's presser need to ask.... We all want the answer.... He scored last night in the under 21's 3-1 win against the toffee's and set up one of the other goals. SET and a few others watched the match so they could tell us more how he played but looking at the official match report from United he had a good game. I am fucked in what more he can do to convince LVG he is far better than captain wonder balls. Stick Rooney in the U21's.....no, second thoughts on that one, knowing Rooney he would fuck the U21's up. Sell him back too the toffee's, I would love him too fuck them up and they get relegated. I think they would prefer The Tree back rather than Il Capitano

He's one of the most exciting players we've had in a long time, why not try himself and Martial out up top together against Ipswich. Mouthwatering prospect. There's noway Loui would go for two up top, imagine the pace!

Not looking too promising I think it is blindingly obvious to all but MKL that Rooney is a busted flush and that we are light on strikers...how hard would it be to give Wilson some playing time to 'assess' him? Pisses me off that we are mistreating a player who could turn into something special for us whilst giving Captain Wonderbollocks unjustified and unearned playing time...

Not looking too promising I think the opposite. I think it's more promising than before.

Aye, that reads like he will get playing time, then come December they will review how it is going to see if he is better off staying here or going on loan.

25/09/2015 14:10, Report by James Wilson JAMES WILSON PLAYING THE WAITING GAME Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal is reluctant to send James Wilson out on loan now but will evaluate the young striker’s situation again later this year.
The 19 year-old is yet to make a first-team appearance this season, with Wayne Rooney, new signing Anthony Martial and Marouane Fellaini as the other forward options at van Gaal’s disposal. With Luke Shaw, Marcos Rojo and Paddy McNair currently sidelined, the boss is keen to keep the numbers in his squad. However, he admits Wilson needs game time and he will review that again in December while assessing United's fixture list. "The situation we are in at the moment is that we have three injured players," van Gaal told reporters. "Of course, they are not in his position, but we have also have Rooney and Martial, with also Fellaini who I can maybe use as plan B. Wilson is the natural successor [replacement] for Martial. "He needs to play. However, Manchester United's interests are always higher than individual interests, so I have doubts about letting him go. "Maybe we will have to wait until December to see how it is with our club. Are we succeeding in the Champions League? In the Capital One Cup? "Maybe he shall receive minutes from me, because I have to rotate as I did against Ipswich Town and it can also be done in the other matches. So, I have talked with him and I think that we wait until December." www.manutd.com/en/News-And-Features/Football-News/2015/Sep/Louis-van-Gaal-will-review-James-Wilson-Manchester-United-situation-again-in-December.aspx

So is LVG saying he will get game time in the cups? That's fine by me. Would love to experiment 442 with Martial and Wilson up top
